1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bd50 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every person who uses this website or service ("Member", "you", "your").

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bd50 is ৳100. This minimum limit applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

When making a deposit, you are required to use a payment account registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods is prohibited and funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required. Withdrawals will always be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Verification

For security purposes, bd50 may request additional documents before verifying or approving any transaction. In cases of suspicious transactions, money laundering or fraud, the account and funds will be immediately suspended and applicable legal action will be taken.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members registered at bd50 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus funds and deposit funds must be wagered together.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time.
• bd50 reserves the right to change or cancel the conditions of bonus offers.
• In cases of bonus abuse or manipulation, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

bd50's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. VIP tier benefits are subject to change and bd50 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5 Member Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

Members may use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Playing for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting or systematically placing risk-free bets.
• Using any software, bots, automation tools or scripts on the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error in a game or the system.
• Fraud or collusion with other members on the platform.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed, the balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

All game results on bd50 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. bd50 does not interfere with game results.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

bd50 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to a technical error or system failure. The stake of a cancelled bet will be refunded. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a system error will be considered void.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute regarding game results or transactions, the member must first contact our support team. bd50's decision on any dispute will be considered final. Complaints related to disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
